This is the second official beta release of SrcMod. This update focuses on the VDF file format.

Implement more robust VDF file parsing (KeyValues and other)
Add the ability to configure VDF KeyValue files in the shell.
Add the ability to edit the current mod's game config with a cleaner UI.
Add the ability to create new mods (very primitive, just a folder and a GameConfig.txt file)
