When a command that calls for a loading bar is down on the bottom of the shell's screen, the loading bar doesn't load. It gives this error message:

[ERROR] The value must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the console's buffer size in that dimension. (Parameter 'top')
Actual value was 30.
